I always cut mine in a big bowl of water and then no juice splatters everywhere! Plus they all come out easier!

I seen a way where you soak it in ice water to avoid getting pieces of the membrane :)

if you put the cut sections in ice water before smacking it with a spoon it all comes out way easier/quicker!!
