Yes, we were clear our daughter had dyslexia at 4, she is 8 (the age Scotland start testing) and we are awaiting diagnosis.

Interesting. My son had delayed speech-has struggled to read. We homeschool-he’s finally getting it at 7 1/2. But he’s always been great at these 3!

Puns. Our son quickly picked up on puns / jokes. Learning twists on word meanings & definitions, in a fun way, was a positive dyslexic tool.
