Definitely one of the worst thing I experienced. Saw a hand specialist who recommended vitamin B complex, which helped me after only 4 days.

Yes!!!! I had this 😩 and having a 10lb baby didn’t help!!! I went to therapy didn’t really help, resting it is the only thing that helped

I had this but didn’t realise that’s what it was from and I ended up get the shot twice in both wrists and they threatened surgery.

Unfortunately it never went away completely. The shot is what keeps it down but whenever I try doing heavy load work at home, I can’t sleep for days🥺

Being an infant toddler teacher triggered the same thing for me as well. It’s such a painful thing to go through. I’m currently on the same splint.
