This is good to drink but In my honest opinion I was an over producer because I’d drink 1 liter of water every 2/3 hours when I pumped.

honestly, for me just the oatmeal itself boosted my supply :) so i would eat oatmeal for breakfast or add oatmeal to my homemade shakes
