Took me 3 months to take my antidepressants coz of anxiety. I even don't trust some vitamins incase they give me anxiety and I need to go somewhere😳

My dad was over medicated for 15yrs - that eventually resulted in liver failure. I've had meds to take, but just can't 😳 the fear I put on myself 🙄.
