my opinion is it should be installed correctly by the company you paid. cant be too picky on something that will be lifting thousands of pounds 🤷🏼‍♂

Iv been a mechanic for 16 years. Arms never met evenly on any lift I used(including my own 11k lift). I'd rather the bases be flat to the ground.

This isn’t properly installed. You must have full thread engagement of floor anchors. That’s an accident waiting to happen

30+ yr installer. columns must be level. anchor bolts must be sticking out the top of the nut 1/4 inch. The other anchors need to go down.

Call out everyone involved on social media. A gal did it with tuff sheds, and the owner of the company came out with a crew to do the job right.

Unacceptable work Carbide tip drills will go through rebar in concrete Need to have at least full thread engagement. Suggest cone or nylon lock nuts

Not properly installed. Contact a different installer and small claims court the original installers.

i would be more worried about the lack of thread contact on the left side and lack of grout support underne than i would be with it not being level.

Seems sketchy, I’d not use it with gaps like that under posts, loose shims and bolts not 100%

Rostary wil have a list of installers in your area, call them. DO NOT put a car on that lift. Lift safety is so freaking important

Have you contacted the manufacturer? Asking the people who designed it if it’s good to go would be where I would start.

I’d be putting construction grout under it at least, re-check bolts after the first five lifts every time.

Carbide core drill is the best way to drill through rebar, hand held takes a lot of effort, non shrinking grout is straight forward..

if the floor is level with a transit then it is adjustment problem on the cables. When it lifts do the safety latches catch at the same time?
