I have tried twice now to chew and swallow... Everything is fine until about 5 minutes later. Then it's vomiting over and over and over again unfortunately. Then the very painful dry heaves over and over again b/c there is nothing left to throw up. Why is this happening I wonder. I want to take them for all the amazing benefits, but I'm scared to try it again.. The nausea is the worst feeling ever🤢 .. and the continuous projectile vomiting🤮 off and on for the next hour... even worse. I could try taking it with food but I just don't want to eat a good meal just to waste it by throwing it all up 5 minutes later. Any advice? 😳

I really don’t like the taste so i started swallowing it whole. Maybe I will try cutting it in half for better absorption and then swallowing. How much% is usually absorbed when swallowed whole?

Do you know anything about interactions with opiates? I’m on methadone so just seeing before I ask a doctor bc doctors don’t know much these days
