I took castor oil too…BEST think I ever did. Had it in Orange juice and didn’t notice it. I would encourage it too! BTW, your babe is beautiful!

Some thing that really helped me manage the side effects is that my midwives told me to make a very low volume smoothie

I took half of the bottle because I’m scared 😂😂😂 but immediately after I take it my belly gets hard simaler to a contraction

I’ve had people have good luck with taking half at a time. 2oz, wait 1-2 hours and take the other 2oz. Seems to stay down better.

I’ve used it 3 out of my 4 per midwives advice. All my kids are late. 2oz wait a few hours and do 2 more. It’s so much easier on your body that way.
