my parents' HOA fees mean we had two pools to swim in, tennis courts, front yard landscaping, a clubhouse to use, fitness center... and no crazy

See I don’t think HOAs are bad. I’ve been in both HOA free and not, I prefer the HOA neighborhood. It looked nicer and I’d rather live that way!

just buy the shade you want, and white paint. mix a little at a time and slowly, slowly change the color. blame it on the sun or something 😅

I’ve lived in some neighborhoods with HORRIFIC run down houses and yards. Grateful for an HOA, but they can be super annoying sometimes. This looks 🥰
