i feel like a ptsd symptom that doesn't get talked about enough is incontinence. like example, wetting the bed from stress/fear from nightmares

I used to think PTSD was something only veterans have. Then I learned about Betrayal Trauma. I can't image what veterans experience if BT is this bad.

I have nightmares, unwanted memories, I avoid things that remind me of trauma. Sometimes I hide and put my headphones full blast because of trauma.
