Horses can comfortably carry 20-30% of their body weight depending on health, age and structure. Unless your that animal’s vet, don’t judge the rider

I’m even bigger on a more petite horse and she carries me just fine. If a horse/mule doesn’t want to carry you, they won’t. Keep up the best life!
