as a house keeper, I can reccomend with extreme caution for hard stains, it's called Styx. its a pink gel that will get anything up.

Zep is the best. I use their degreaser on my glass top stove and counters. Everything comes off with that stuff

Yes it really is the best grout cleaner. Grout is always dark when it is still wet. So the best tell is always after it dries
