I had a health plan off the .gov site. It was extremely hard to find decent doctors that would accept those plans.

Just FYI for people in Texas, it’s not proportional because our state govt refuses federal subsidy. So it’s $400/mo even if I make $10 😖

You can buy outside the marketplace too, for those of know marketplace plans are absolute garbage. Prices can be similar. Depends on your state ofc
