I was waiting to hear something like 4-5hrs, 3 is nuts. Especially since half of that time could technically be the alignment-albeit its a toe-n-go

Do your job. When it’s not under warranty, the fees to repair are always high! Customers pay at that time and expect it to be done right just like now

you can get diagnostic time through any warranty you have to label it as good will. but most warr, guys won't do the extra paperwork.

That’s why I left Toyota for GM. I can get 1 hour diag on almost any concern and the jobs pay much better too.

You need a better warranty writer then. If their is proof that the service requires those actions you can be paid for it. At least that's how Ford
