Primer!! If you use a primer, then paint over that it will be fine! If you don’t prime, any white you use will eventually turn yellow.

You HAVEEE to prime when painting wood, the tannin will come through no matter how many coats, don’t matter if it’s a paint-primer in 1.

Hi! My whole house is paneling. I sanded everything with an electric sander first. It made a huge difference.

You want an oil based primer. The oil blocks the tannins.

for a wood sometimes you need to use a alcohol based primer. such as a bin primer. the tanning will continue to come through.
