I have the edger and I like the ease and coverage but it doesn’t get alllllll the way to the trim and leaves a tiny strip of the old color

I’d rather tape and spray. I painted commercially in college. It’s way faster with fewer tools to clean.

18” roller absolutely! Edging tool? Hot garbage! Learn how to cut with an excellent paintbrush and you will have better lines and better coverage.
