Directions: Ranch: mix all ingredients listed above in a bowl and mix well then refrigerate for at least 1 hour. buffalo sauce: mix all ingredients in a pan on medium low heat while mixing continuously till the sauce thickens and then immediately remove from the heat and stop mixing. or the sauce can break. use right away. Air fried chicken Take one thigh and dredge it in flour, egg, then crushed corn flakes. Spray with a 0 calorie oil spray and get it in your air fryer at 385 for 16 minutes flipping half way through.
