I had a bad episode of turbulence instill a crippling fear in me last Jan. I did therapy and now take a small dose of meds to fly again. It works!

my phobia isnt turbulence at all, it's turbulence in the middle of the night with bad weather. I can't stop remember of Rio-Paris flight crash.

I have severe fear of planes and I just look at flight attendants faces to see if they’re relaxed during turbulence 💀 helps a ton honestly

Turbulence can be very scary and nerve wracking. I’ve flown a lot and always experienced it and I made it out. It’s ok to be nervous. Just breathe 🥰

Pilots have insisted forever that turbulence is safe. But it is the worst. flying experience possibly for many of us scardy cat fliers.
