Okay yall so here are my tips and tricks! The product I used religiously was panoxyl 10% make sure it’s that one bc there is 4% as well!

I used Panoxyl for a long time. And it worked… but I kept breaking out. So it was more like a bandaid. Spironolactone is what saved me.

I also got this but not because of hormonal bacne but because of my skin asthma(atopic dermatitis) which triggers it every winter cold and summer
