I bought this. Put it on my child at 1 month old. After 5 min of having it on she puked non stop. It was way to tight on her and she is a small baby!

Babies are born with the morrow reflex which makes their arms jerk up as they are falling asleep. When this happens it wakes them up

but a normal position for a baby is having their arms flexed and not bent down this swaddle precisely forces an opposite position which isn't good
