If it’s a rental people won’t treat it like you do. Light colored furniture will get trashed fast. Sunblock will stain it. Learned the hard way.

The second bedroom you should do bunk beds with a full on the bottom then a twin on the top that way you can fit more people!!! And a pull out couch!

We have a rental in Cape Charles! Word of advice, Don’t get dainty furniture invest in sturdy pieces. At the end of the day it’s a rental.
