1) not black mold. ur not a scientist. 2) vinegar isn't killing any bacteria. hence why it keeps coming back like that.

Health inspector told me, bleach only works🤷🏼♀️. Fabrics wash w/ vinegar, ammonia, borax, or non chlorine bleach then detergent.

for me it never worked. only spraying pure bleach on it killed it instantly and cleared the surfaces very quickly. smells bad but it's worth it
