chili cheese burritos!!!⤵️ all you need: -30oz refried beans -2lbs ground beef -3tbsp tomato paste -1lb cheddar cheese, shredded -2 packages XL tortillas (i like la banderita) -salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and paprika instructions: 1. heat refried beans in a small pot over low heat. thin with water and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and paprika to taste. 2. brown ground beef. drain and add tomato paste, taco seasoning, or the same seasoning powders as above. add a splash of water and cook for another 2-3 minutes. 3. warm tortillas until soft and pliable. add a generous scoop of the beans, then beef mixture down the center, then top with shredded cheddar. 4. fold in the sides and roll tightly into a burrito. repeat until you run out of filling. 5. eat immediately, or wrap individually and refrigerate or freeze. reheat in the microwave or skillet until hot. you can airfry as well. save this to your “not meal prep” folder #Recipe #mealprep #burritos
