brah, you bend the inner fender with a crescent wrench, remove bolt, install new uca and bend back... like it never happen.

The metal is real soft all you do is pull it toward you or bend it make sure you don’t break the AC line

Hear me out, put bolt in backwards, drill hole above tightened nut, install cotter pin, nut can't back off and bolt can't fall out.

So what you just put the bolt the other way?….. absolutely not, you bend the part where it hits then bend it back when you are done it’s really simple

it's part of the inner fender that you bend and slide the bolt up between the fender and AC line. never cut the bolt😅😅😅
