back in 1974.got a nsu 50cc 2speed put on stingray bike . first drop the clutch wheely broke lots of spokes. motorcycle spokes fixed that. was fast

Put the tensioner on the pedal chain!!! Don't have it on the drive chain they are keen for them slipping and doing that

Yeah the chains and the tensioner are crap .tsc sells better quality chains ..after I got that fixed the motor blew up .only had it 3 months

Get rid off that chain tensioner all together, 2 strokes have a nifty chain tensioner that you can install directly into the motor to avoid it this

Yea man those chain tensioners are pretty dangerous I’d just remove it and tighten the chain via half links etc.

I had the same problem I changed the bolts that clamp the tensioner and get a peace of rubber from a inner tube that solved my problem
