Mince the chilli pepper, paprika, parsley and onions and add them to the ground meat 2. Add all the spices and fat and mix well until it becomes a paste 3. Leave in the fridge at least one hour 4. In the meantime, combine the white and bran flour with the salt, sugar and instant yeast and mix well 5. Add water and knead for at least 10 minutes 6. Let it rest for at least 1 hour at room temperature  7. Cut the dough into medium size balls and roll out using the bran flour to prevent sticking 8. Let it rest for at least 10 minutes 9. Heat up a pan then add one at a time 10. When bubbles start to form flip it to the other side  11. Keep flipping it until the bread rises  12. When its toasted from both sides remove from the stove 13. Open the Egyptian bread and add a big ball of the meat mixture and spread evenly 14. Optional: you can add cheese for an extra kick of flavour (but traditionally its only meat) 15. Fry in a pan until the exterior is crispy and the meat is cooked 16. Serve with tahini salad and pickles Enjoy 🇪🇬
