The viral phrase "Shahin Notir Polake Dhore Fel" originated from a daring robbery that took place in December 2022 at a UK-resident's house in Chhatak, Sunamganj. The true hero of the incident was Masuk Mia, a UK foreign returnee who showed incredible courage by tackling and capturing two armed robbers single-handedly. During the struggle, when one robber tried to escape, Masuk shouted to his younger brother in his local dialect: "Shahin, Notir Pola ke dhore fel!" (ordering him to catch the culprit). While the brothers successfully handed over four robbers to the police, a video interview describing the incident later went viral on social media for all the wrong reasons.
