In a deep bowl, combine the mascarpone with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and cream stiffener. Mix for 1 minute. Gradually add the heavy cream, until the cream forms stiff peaks. Set  the bowl with the mixture aside in the refrigerator.   Take another bowl and mix the milk with the cinnamon powder. Dip the ladyfingers one by one in the coconut milk and then place them on the bottom of an oven dish or baking pan.   Spread a layer of the previously prepared cream over the ladyfingers. Then add half of the apple mixture and spread it evenly. Repeat these steps with another layer of ladyfingers, apple mixture, and finish with a top layer of cream (keep a little cream aside for garnishing). Cover the apple dessert and refrigerate it for 4-5 hours or preferably overnight to allow the flavors to set in and the dessert to become soft.   For the finishing touch, garnish the apple trifle with stripes of caramel and pipe a dollop of cream on top. TIPS: You can replace vanilla sugar with vanilla extract. Use sweet and sour apples for a balanced taste. If you prefer, you can substitute mascarpone with your favorite cream cheese.
