One of my friends who had kids used a ‘cozy bump’ which is a pillow that allows you to. Maybe look it up - you might find one that’s cheap 🤷🏻♀️🙂

It’s not a pillow but there is a blow up pool ‘chair’ that has a hole cut out in the middle for those who are pregnant

I tried heaps with both my babies. I only ever like a wedge pillow for my belly to stop back pain and one between the legs. It’s trial and error

When I was pregnant and struggling to sleep without support but a full on pregnancy pillow was overkill I used one of those boomerang pillows

Had my first 5 months ago, stomach sleeper too and I found having a boomerang pillow between legs and laying on side wasn’t too bad.
