I replaced all my Pipes with Pex Lines. 2 years ago. My house was built in 1965. Never had a Leak, just ahead of one though.

I just had almost the same thing happen from a copper elbow. I now have a large hole in my dining room ceiling.

I had a piece leak once... from a brass elbow (PEX B)... I replaced it with a plastic fitting 💯. Go PEX
