Uhhh pretty much every water line is OD…. CPVC, PEX, Copper… everything but PVC, and thats rarely used to water.

technically what you’re referring to is how the two are basically defined: pipe = inside diameter, tubing = outside diameter

and pipe fitting goes by inside diameter up to 12" then at 14" the size goes by outer. So 6" has 6" i.d. 20" is 20" o.d. 😎👍
