agreed. been plumbing for 23 years and A.O. Smith is the worst. I have never had any issues with Rheem and they are my go to. Bradford white 2nd

I hate AO smith so much. Still have warranty but labor will be $450 for replacement of the thermocouple

I had that problem with Bradford White as well, all of them are junk they don’t last more than 7 years go tankless
