I have personally found that using an ice pack before injections makes it hurt worse. Just my personal situation, so I suggest trying both ways. ☺️

I start PIO tomorrow for my mock transfer! My doctor said heat before is better than ice and explained it as cutting into a warm steak is easier 😂🥰
