BREATHE during the contractions and hum as you're releasing that breath. It lessens the pain bc holding your breath intensifies the contraction.

I was terrified too but I had an epidural so felt nothing and gave birth to twins without any stress pain or the need for c section. I’d recommend x

It’s not that bad! When your baby is placed on your chest its like you forget all about it. With my daughter it was really rough they used forceps (1)
