You can use nvidia filters and add a shadow filter so you don’t have to change the gamma

if you run Nvidia experience just use alt f3 to open game filter settings and you can set up something to switch to easier

Why not use the nvidia filters overlay. You can have it set for each game. I used to use it on warzone and it helped alot for dark rooms

Danny sir if you have a nvida graphics card you can hit alt+z for color filters and shadows ect, I use for apex to make it more vibrant.

Bright was also too bright usually. The best fix for me, was just turning the colors from Full to Limited. Darker Sky, Lighter Shadows

You should be able to set it up where it only changes the colores when your ok tarky and it changes back when you tab out or close it
