I've hung hundreds of cabinets on metal studs with just #8 3" construction screws never had any issues it's stronger than you think

How do you use strap toggles when you’ve hit a stud? Aren’t toggles for going thru Sheetrock? I’d do self tapping sheet metal if going into a stud

Had to be a flat mount. For an articulating *pull out* mount, all of the movement requires an absolutely solid connection. Metal studs—toggle anchors.
