i started increasing the angle of attack and kinda nailing the vein down per say, then leveling off to advance, it's a real feel thing.

The C shape can cause a needle stick injury. Always pull skin downward, it’ll stop the vein completely. Stop showing people the C shape! 🤦🏻♀️

I noticed the tourniquet rolled, try pulling less and keeping it flat. it hurts more rolled -phlebotomist who was a pin cushion all of schooling.
