Most tacomas are either access cab with a 6 foot bed or 4 door with a 5 foot bed. This one is a 4 door with a 6 foot bed. You don’t see many of those.

that's not rare. my dad recently just bought a 2021 exactly like that. probably not the same trim, but it's a DC with the 6ft bed

I have seen most full 4 door cabs with the 6ft bed available as rental trucks! So I’m guessing more prominent in fleet?
