Craftsman is now called Crapsman. A lot of other tool companies offer lifetime warranties on their hand tools. I wouldn’t buy Crapsman these days.

I buy most all my hand tools at harbor freight it is a true no questions asked warranty. Lowes doesn’t warranty old craftsman.

doesn't work like that anymore with craftsman, kobalt am unsure about husky as far as I know snapon, matco, and mac all do this with hand tools
