It's usually problems with the teeth, pain or other issues. I would check (X-ray) for TR.

I had a parrot that used to do that it’s just cleaning there mouth and teeth even tho parrots don’t heaven teeth

Maybe they are just painful at the moment? If you don't already I'd recommend giving dental treats and brushing their teeth just to rule it out
