I would just wait it out, and don’t over stretch it again lol. Don’t worry about it I know how you feel when you’re hyper aware of it. It will get better I promise ☺️

Good 2 know! I just got over a coughing fit for about a week and now when I swallow I hear a clicking sound😳 Doesn’t hurt but it was worrying me.

Most people have to have surgery. I had the same thing and had corrective surgery at Stanford Medical. From what I was reading only way to fix it is surgery. When they went in they found out that my thyroid cartilage was bent which was causing the click when I swallowed. Before the surgery I had this feeling of something stuck in my throat 24/7. After the surgery that has completely gone away. I do still get very small clicks every now and then but nothing like it was. I don’t noticed it anymore.
