As a hauler you can tell when a farm has just jerseys when you take the sample. Thier milk as a very distinct yellow tint to it

we always mixed both jersey and holstein too. I never thought they ate less just faster 😂😂 a Jersey will race a holstein to the water hole too. 😂

I grew up on a small dairy farm. We always had a “rainbow herd”. Great milk production and quality. And lots of cow love!
