Sir, coconut oil does not have a high smoking point. And the Teflon pan will endure higher heat than the coconut oil can.

You don’t season stainless steel, it’s not porous enough to absorb the oil.

Wait, what? Did you just put oil in a pan and call it non-stick? Yeah, that’s what the oil is *for*. You could see the oil under the egg. 🤦🏼

You don’t have to keep seasoning the pan if you don’t wash with soap. I clean the pan with some salt and a brush! If you do wash with soap, re-season!
