Sodium polyacrylate - not harmful to touch. I use it in science demos. Not safe to inhale like most things.

False info: sodium polyacrylate is used in diapers. If inhaled, can be very irritating. However, too large to be absorbed in skin. Ok in diapers

AGM is dangerous in the lungs. not in a diaper don't cut the diaper open and breathe it. microwave popcorn is way more dangerous.

It’s a carcinogen in the same way saw dust or fiberglass is. The lungs can’t extrude it. You don’t breath through diapers though.

Sodium polyacrylate by itself doesnt irritate skin but, the powder form shouldnt be inhaled. Otherwise, it is a relatively safe and non-toxic.
