Have you used tacrolimus? My derm prescribed it to me as it’s not a steroid! Works but if I don’t use it my skin goes back :(

100% this. Stress and allergies had me in rashes from head to toe and treated it with steroid cream. it's a quick fix, not a long term solution.

Excema had a traumic affect on my life from 3 y/o til less than 10 years ago. I still use medications but the environment changes are still a battle.
