Adhd is a medical diagnosis, not an educational diagnosis. You just need a medical diagnosis from an MD, and then the MD completes the OHI form.

Sometimes they only test for exactly what you ask about and that’s it. They *should* evaluate all areas, but usually just on a basic surface level.

did they complete an ADOS-2?? you can request this. if they deny it, they have to state why. but you have a case with having a medical ASD diagnosis.
