Get a huggarroo! It's a weighted, heat pad that goes around your head! I get migraines often and it helps so much even though I'm on migraine meds.

I get headaches like those. What helps me is putting pressure on it I normally use my hand. You can try that if you haven’t already.

Thrift shopping date. You Goya go to the nearest thrift store and you have to pick each others clothes out then go out to lunch or dinner!
