Stuffed Meatloaf 🤤 Things you need 2lbs Ground Beef 1 Green Bell Pepper, diced 1 Onion, diced 1- 2 cups Fresh Spinach Rao’s Marinara Sauce Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 1 cup, Panko Italian Bread Crumbs 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese 2 eggs 1/4 cup of Milk Worcestershire Sauce Saran Wrap Seasoning: Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Kinder’s Cowboy Butter, Chili Powder, Paprika, Dried Oregano, Dried Basil Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. In a large bowl, add the ground beef, diced onion, green bell pepper, and seasonings. Mix until well combined. 3. Add 1/4 cup of milk, 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, and 2 eggs. Mix well. 4. Lastly, add 1 cup of breadcrumbs and 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated. 5. Lay a sheet of plastic wrap (Saran Wrap) on a clean, flat surface. Place the meat mixture on top and flatten it into an even layer. 6. Add about 2 handfuls of spinach and 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese down the center of the meat mixture. 7. Using the plastic wrap to help guide you, carefully roll the meat mixture over the filling, similar to rolling sushi. Once rolled, press the edges and ends together to seal the meatloaf. Make sure the filling is completely enclosed and nothing is spilling out 8. Carefully transfer the meatloaf to an oven-safe baking dish and bake for 45 minutes. 9. Remove the meatloaf from the oven and spread marinara sauce over the top. Season with a little salt and pepper, then return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes. 10. Turn on the broiler and sprinkle additional shredded mozzarella cheese over the top. Spoon a little of the pan juices over the cheese to help it melt. Broil until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown, keeping a close eye on it to prevent burning. 11. Remove from the oven and garnish with parsley before serving. ##meatload##stuffedmeatloaf##fyp##blackpeoplerecipes##cooking
