I’m not a vet but talk to your vet about “serum” from a healthy cat’s blood donation. It helps with any ulceration. The kittenlady has info on it

@fortheloveofkittenrescue had a kitty with an eye that looked horrible when she got her. on top of antibiotics, I believe she used lysine powder!

Teranicin is the best he will be ok in no time!! Also Lysine for cats is very helpful too when they’re sick like that my bf is a vet.
