Day 3 of sprained ankle. Wondering if it’s okay to remove the wrap the docs put on it and let the skin/ankle breathe? It’s also 30+ degrees outside. I can put minor weight on it.

Make sure to actually move your foot around and exercise it so it doesn’t lock up my brother. Made that mistake and had to go into physical therapy

Late comment but I have dried blood in my ankle from a sprain. I’ve used a key to get it out before but I’m trying to find better ways 😂
